Adam is a highly skilled Associate and Survey Manager with 13 years of experience at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd, where he plays a key role in the Asset Management team. A Chartered Member of the CIOB, he brings a strong technical background and leadership expertise to the delivery of complex surveying projects across the housing sector.
His surveying portfolio spans building and structural inspections, stock condition assessments, data validation, HHSRS, and measured surveys. As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Adam also specialises in energy performance assessments and EPC delivery.
He is also trusted to deliver CPD accredited HHSRS training, helping clients better understand and apply housing health andsafety standards.
