Nature of Work Undertaken

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed by Corby Borough Council to provide Quantity Surveying and Structural Engineering services in relation to a programme of concrete repairs and external refurbishment of 220 non-traditional properties.

The properties included Wimpey No Fines, Wates and Easiform houses along with 2 blocks of Unity flats, with a works programme including:

Removal and refitting of tenant fixtures and fittings
Concrete repairs
PVCu soffits, fascias and rainwater goods
Application of a lightweight EWI system
Application of a render system

Our service provision ensured the properties received repair solutions providing an assured future life of 30 years.
