Lydia is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer with ten years’ experience at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd. As an Associate within the Asset Management team, she leads on the delivery
of a wide range of projects while managing a team of surveyors and engineers.
Lydia has extensive expertise across building surveying and asset management, including project management, stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, measured surveys, and energy surveys. She also has a solid understanding of service drawings and quantity surveying principles, along with specialist skills in the structural assessment of existing stock.
Lydia oversees the day-to-day operations of the Asset Management team, ensuring high levels of client service.
